WICKED

WICKED tells the story of Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West and her relationship with Glinda, the Good Witch of the North. Their friendship struggles through their opposing personalities and viewpoints, rivalry over the same love-intrest (because it's ALWAYS about a boy!), their reactions to the Wizard's corrupt goverment, and, ultimately, Elphaba's public fall from grace. The plot is set mostly before Dorothy's arrival from Kansas, and includes several references to well-known scences and dialogue in the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz as a backstory.

If you have not had a chance to see this play, I strongly suggest you do. It was really funny and the music was great! We had a fantastic time!!!
Thanks to Nancy, Jamie, Shirley, Lindsey & Janis for coming with us! Also, thanks to Papa and Grandma for babysitting Addison!
